I offer pre-printed sample packs of all of my products. These samples are shipped via letter post and are a great way to see all material options and print quality in person before ordering.

We have 2 kinds of orders - Standard & Rush (a rush order can be selected during checkout) as well as 2 types of shipping options - regular or expedited. See below for an explanation of each step in our order process:

All our designs are 100% customizable including changing colors, text, images & fonts.... all included in the prices you see on our website! This also includes revising a design for a non-wedding event - I've done birthdays, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate events, etc!

Ways To Customize Your Design
Colors- With Empire Invites you can let us know the color theme you want for your design by telling us your desired custom color codes. After checkout we will send you a proof of how it will all look.

Card verses - Any custom wording can be written on your design, you can even check out our already written Card Verses.

Special instructions - If you have any special requests or details that don't fit into the boxes provided, you can add them to the "Special Instructions" field and we will be sure to include the changes to your design!

Images - After checkout you can upload any custom image(s) to us and we will include it in your design.
Yes. If you don’t find the invitation you are looking for, we would be pleased to custom design it for you (remember though – our prices include customization of all colors, text, fonts & images so you may be able to choose an existing design and revise it to suit your personality & style without paying anything extra!). However, if you don’t see anything that fits your vision, we charge a non-refundable fee of $175.00 (CAD) for all work that is custom designed. That includes two prototype designs and online approvals. We will prepare a free estimate for you based on your design specifications, materials and the time required to do the work. Please contact us to arrange a new custom design.
Our minimum quantities are firm as we use a high quality digital press printer (to set up print files we want to make them as cost effective as possible), however, you would be surprised how many couples come back to us asking for "just 5 or 10 more cards" & unfortunately, re-orders must also fulfill the minimums so you're better to err on the side of a few extra - remember, they make great keepsakes as well 🙂

Non-Destination Designs: Minimum 25, in multiples of 25 (i.e. 25, 50, 75, 100, etc)

Destination Designs (Passports, Boarding Passes, Luggage Tags, Lift Tickets): Minimum 60, in multiples of 10 (i.e. 60, 70, 80, etc)

Record Style Designs: Minimum 50, in multiples of 10 (i.e. 50, 60, 70, etc)

Scratch Off Designs: Minimum 50, in multiples of 10 (i.e. 50, 60, 70, etc)

Thank You Cards, Shower Invites, Birth Announcements & Greeting Cards: Minimum 25, in multiples of 25 (i.e. 25, 50, 75, 100, etc)
After you submit your order, we personally sit down & create your design for you using the information you provided to us. Once we complete the initial proof, we email you & let you make any revisions necessary. We don't print anything until we get your final approval!

All our Save The Dates, Invitations, Thank You Cards, Greeting Cards, Newborn Announcements, and Menus are printed on a high quality digital offset printing press (NOT LASER PRINTED) giving you the most vibrant colors and rich text possible in today's printing industry.
